Which sports do we support?
The focus is on cycling & triathlon. We also integrate alternative training such as ski mountaineering, cross-country skiing, roller skiing, trail running into your individual training plan depending on the season.

Is indoor training possible?

Indoor training is a good alternative, especially in autumn and spring, and complements your training. You need a SmartTrainer at home for this.

What equipment is needed?

For your goal-oriented training, you need a power meter on the bike and a heart rate measurement for all other sports. However, additional measurement data from wearables supplements your planning and analysis but are not essential.

Which apps do we use?

Our central planning tool is Trainingpeaks. The upload and download of training data is automated. We use Aerotune for your reproducible performance tests. All access is administered by Arrow Athletes, so you can concentrate on what's important.
